Philip Weinman – Job Capital Advisory Non Executive Chairman
Philip Weinman is one of Australia’s most recognised and successful entrepreneurs. With a career spanning over 20 years, Philip has consistently built, bought and sold private and public businesses across Australia with enormous success. His philanthropic and mentoring roles are also significantly regarded within the Australian business and sporting communities.
Jo Burston – Managing Director
Jo Burston has had a high profile, hands-on involvement in the recruitment and foreign national labour markets for the past 10 years. Her most recent success includes Managing one of Australia’s largest labour hire and contractor management companies turning over in excess of $80M per annum. She is passionate about building business relationships and is tenacious about delivering results to her clients. Jo is an active philanthropist and supports a number of charities across Australia. She has recently been invited to join the exclusive global membership EO (Entrepreneurs Organisation), one of only 20 female entrepreneurs selected in Australia.
Breean Weldrick – Business Development Manager
Breean is a graduate from one of Ireland’s largest undergraduate colleges: The University of Limerick, where he specialized in Human Resources and Marketing. His experience to date is within Training, Development, Human Resources, Recruitment and the Banking sector. Breean was chosen from a class of HR graduates to work alongside a leading European HR Consultant for a top Irish Consultancy firm. Since then, he has moved to Australia to establish a career in the Contractor Management space within the Sydney and Melbourne markets. Breean has quickly proved successful in the Contingent Workforce management sector due to his tenacity, persistence, broad knowledge base and maturity to deal with every level of an organization.
Melanie Hobson – EA/Office Manager
Melanie Hobson is a graduate from The University of Northampton, England who achieved a 1st Class Degree in Business & Entrepreneurship. She started her career as an Executive Assistant for the Director of a global Recruitment Company in London. Melanie provided executive support to the Director, a Senior Management team and an operational network of circa 360 employees. Melanie’s background includes over 8 years in Administration for various industries, most recently in the recruitment industry.
Victoria Brown – Sales Executive
Victoria
Brown is one of Job Capital’s Sales Executive’s; she’s relocated from Sydney to bring Job Capital to Melbourne. Having
previously worked for a team of 7 high billing Recruitment Consultants she has
over 4 years experience in the recruitment/contractor management industry. It’s
this knowledge of the recruitment industry that helps her to provide an
effective reverse marketing service to our recruitment partners and her growing
knowledge of Job Capital’s array of services ensures that our contractors, and
clients alike receive all the benefits that are available.
Surinder Singh – Migration Manager (Registered Migration Agent)
Surinder is an ex-Department of Immigration and Citizenship
(DIAC) Officer, with over 10 years of experience in various areas of the
department including Business Entry, Border Operations, Investigations,
Compliance and International Liaison. He is also a qualified trainer
who brings his extensive experience, knowledge and skills gained in DIAC
to lead and consolidate Job Capital's Migration division. MARN Reg No: 1174421
Limor Grinberg – Migration Manager (Registered Migration Agent and JP)
Limor specialises in the preparation, lodgment and management of all
types of visa applications and appeals to the Migration review Tribunal
and Refugee Review Tribunal. Her areas of expertise include Temporary
and Permanent Residency, Family Stream Migration, retirees, students,

Charlotte King- Account Manager
Charlotte is living the Australian
experience and has joined Job Capital after
establishing her career in the UK.
Charlotte worked for a Currency Specialist and as Job Capitals
newest team member, is excited to head up key client accounts across the
Sydney
market. Charlotte prides herself
in her organisational skills and building effective working
relationships and her consistency in delivering above the
expectation of her customer.
Rowan Lalor - Sales Executive
Rowan Lalor has
just relocated from Dublin in Ireland
and has joined the growing Job Capital team. Rowan has an Honours Degree in
Marketing and has worked in Sales and marketing for the last five years. Rowan
is a sales Executive in Sydney has developed excellent people
management skills in his previous role as an account Manager. Rowan is seeking
to build and manage lasting relationships with Agencies, Clients and
Contractors.
Christine Bampton - Business
Analyst
With a keen eye and a methodical approach, Christine
brings to the team a strong analytical focus. Qualified as an
Accountant and trained
as a Systems Accountant, she has 19 years experience in the recruitment,
manufacturing and legal industries. Christine has worked for two
international
manufacturing companies in both Accounting and Systems roles, is
qualified as an Internal Quality Auditor and enjoys sharing her passion
for
continuous improvement.
Sam Hagan – UK Tax Agent
Sam graduated from Queens University of Belfast with an
Honours Degree in Chemistry before moving into the taxation field with
PwC. After 3 years with PwC, Sam moved to London to further his career
where he has dealt with all aspects of UK taxation both onshore and
offshore for 11 years. Having recently relocated to Sydney he is now
keen to put his experience to use in helping UK ex-pats deal with HM
Revenue & Customs.
Phyu Han - Payroll Manager
Phyu has over 5 years experience in Accounts
receivable, payable, payroll and bookkeeping prior to graduating from the University of Technology with a Masters in Business
Accounting. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge to the team and benefits from many
years customer service experience in Australia and overseas. Phyu is also an
associate of member of CPA.
Craig Ellison - Director (WA)
Craig
Ellison is a well-known Western Australian business identity with a background
over 10 years spanning Sales Leadership & Operational Management, Learning
and Development, IT&T and Business Marketing. Craig constantly seeks to innovate new ways to value add
to his clients and business partners – he enjoys nothing more than being told
“it’s not possible”. Craig brings a wealth of understanding of the challenges
presented to Western Australian businesses to attract, retain & manage staff
cost effectively in a market dominated by the Mining and Resources industry.
Assisting organisations to overcome the constant issue of skill shortages is a
key business driver for him, as is providing unparalleled service delivery
allowing his clients to concentrate on core business
functions. Craig holds an active
interest in Technology as well as the Perth ICT community, is an avid social
media networker and he currently manages WA’s largest ICT community group on
LinkedIn.
Emma Walter - Account Manager (WA)
Emma has recently joined our Perth office after relocating
from England. Emma has over 8 years experience in Recruitment and Account
Management. She has a wealth of experience across multiple industry sectors
having worked in several startup businesses as well as high growth companies.
This breadth of experience gives Emma a unique approach in understanding her
clients. Emma firmly believes that building and maintaining professional
relationships is the key factor to driving the business forward.
